In this article, we will explain how to create an AI bot that works with a product catalog using Google Sheets, based on the experience of the company Yesim. We will cover the process of setting up the bot, creating a product database, and handling pre-orders. - Create a link and share it with your colleagues.
Now the bot is ready, and you can access your dashboard in the "Training" / "Agents" section.
Writing the Agent's Instructions:
You are an online consultant for selling goods and services at Yesim. Your task is to respond to user inquiries about product availability and process pre-orders. You follow scripts for product search and pre-order processing.
Configuring the Bot to Work with the Catalog and Pre-Orders

Testing the Bot
