To connect to the internet using the Yesim eSIM:

• go to Mobile Data settings;
• turn on the Yesim mobile line;
• activate Data Roaming;
• choose Yesim Internet line as the main connection.

Be sure not to select the "Remove Data Plan" option, as this will delete the eSIM profile.

Our prepaid eSIM phone plans are designed for data-only solutions and do not come with a mobile phone number. To make voice calls and text communications, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber. This way, customers can stay connected globally without needing to buy a standard international SIM card from mobile operators, carriers, or providers for travel.

Each QR code is a unique identifier that can only be used on one device. It cannot be reused on any other device or on the same device once the eSIM profile has been deleted. This ensures that the code remains secure and is used only on the intended device.

You can only use Yesim on all compatible Apple and Android phones. Please check the full list of compatible devices to check if your smartphone or tablet is eSIM supported. You can also check if your device supports eSIM technology by using this code: *#06#.

The eSIM data plan duration will start right after the purchase is complete. If you are not planning to use your mobile internet right away, you can tap "Activate later" during the purchase of a new prepaid data plan and activate it during the next 12 months.

Ycoins are the internal coin and reward system used in the Yesim app. Your Ycoins balance is always shown in your selected currency for clarity and convenience.

The value of your Ycoins is linked to the currency you choose when topping up (euro, dollars, pounds). If you later switch to a different currency, the balance is automatically converted. The amount you hold stays the same — only the currency display updates to match your preference and current exchange rate.

You can use Ycoins to partially or fully pay for any data plan in the Yesim store, or to activate the Pay & Fly under the pay-as-you-go model.

Yes! Yesim offers refunds for eSIM data plans and top-ups purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are not available for data plans that have been used or have expired. Ycoins are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed technical malfunctions. To request a refund, please contact us via info@yesim.app or use the contact form in the Yesim application. Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions. For more detailed information, please refer to our refund policy.

Yes. You can keep using WhatsApp, SnapChat, Telegram or other messengers together with prepaid eSIM from Yesim.

Make sure to check that your new smartphone is compatible with eSIM technology before transferring your profile. Reach out to our team to have a new eSIM profile created, and log into your Yesim account on the new device to install the QR code. Low internet speed is usually caused by a mobile operator's poor coverage and can be remedied by rebooting your phone and sending us screenshots of the internet speed with and without LTE mode enabled.
